A variety of marvellous outdoor seating areas, a private pool and the opportunity to stroll to the sea at will - all this and much more comes true at Villa Casa Amigos. The terrace right next to the house is framed by round arches and is pleasantly airy, making it a great breakfast spot or a shady retreat after an extensive sunbath. On the 650 m² grounds, you can sit or lie in the open air in many other places, for example by the pool, which is accessible via a wide staircase and invites you to cool off in between. If required, you can also enjoy hot water under the practical outdoor shower - a welcome outdoor shower after a visit to the beach. The pretty dining table in front of the kitchen is ideal for setting the table. The roof terrace with lounge, chairs and sun loungers offers sweeping views.

The interior of the house is stylishly cosy, with light-coloured walls, floors and fabrics, tasteful furniture and carefully and lovingly selected decorations. In the spacious living room, there is plenty of room for relaxing with good conversation or the crackling of the open fire in the evening. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen and the decorative wooden cupboard fronts, you will also find a dining area in the pretty eat-in kitchen. There are also two cosy double bedrooms and a bathroom on this floor. One of these bedrooms is also a passageway to the laundry room. There are two further bedrooms on the upper floor, which in turn share a bathroom. Two small families or couples could easily share the two floors. Air conditioning and ceiling fans ensure pleasant temperatures in all rooms, even at night. Villa Casa Amigos, the house of friends, is a charming retreat by the sea for up to six holidaymakers.

The charming Villa Casa Amigos is located in an urbanisation near Cala Llombards on the southern tip of Mallorca. Thanks to its location on a small road, a wide variety of routes can be easily reached. Santanyi is only 7 km away, where you will find several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. Not far from Santanyi is the Cap de Ses Salines, which marks the southernmost point of Mallorca. Inviting beaches such as Calo des Moro or Cala Llombards are only 1 to approx. 2 km away.
