Large, modern and bright 4 room apartment in a two-family house with large garden for shared use in a quiet and central location in Ascona, suitable for 4 people. Bright living room with dining table, sitting area, TV and WLAN. Well-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and oven. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. One bathroom with bathtub and toilet and another bathroom with shower and toilet. A parking place is available in front of the house. In 10 minutes walking distance you can reach the golf course of Ascona. Just next to it is the Lido, where you can swim, relax, lie on the grass or on the sand and sunbathe. There are also two nice restaurants and bars near it. In 15 minutes by foot you can reach the beautiful lake promenade of Ascona, where you can discover many inviting restaurants, cozy bars and unique stores. Palm trees, lake and sun make Ascona a little corner of paradise. The Mediterranean climate and lighthearted atmosphere certainly serve for relaxation and vacation enjoyment during any season.
