Charming 19th century village house renovated in 2023 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Situated 15km from the beaches, seaside resorts and the town of Guingamp with all amenities and TGV, in the centre of its quiet little village, the gîte de Saint Guy is immersed in the local heritage, close to the fountain and its wash house, the church and surrounded by the charming little towns of character in Tregor such as Pontrieux, the village of 50 wash houses, nicknamed the Venise Bretonne or the chateau de La Roche Jagu, protecting the Trieux estuary, which are 10 & 15km away.

Freshly renovated and offering modern comforts with elegant, timeless decor, the gîte de Saint Guy sleeps up to 5 adults and 1 child in its 3 bedrooms.

1st floor: 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (160cm) and the other with a cot (80cm x 130cm) and a single bed (90cm). Shower room with wc.

On the 2nd floor, 1 large bedroom with a 180cm double bed, storage space, sofa, flat-screen TV and bathroom with bath and double washbasin.

Connected to the fibre, the gîte offers free wifi.

Electricity included.
Electric heating is subject to an additional charge between November and March for winter stays.

Beds made on arrival and towels provided.
