The exterior of the property is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate and the large garden area next to the elevated chlorine swimming pool. It has a depth of 1.20m and you can also cool off in the outdoor shower while preparing a delicious barbecue with your companions. There is also an Arabic oven at your disposal, ideal to surprise your family and friends by preparing delicious dishes. The villa is distributed in two different sections, in one you will find the living room which is open to the dining room and has a fireplace ideal for the cooler months. There are also games for the younger members of the family. The kitchen is gas and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bathroom with shower completes this first flat. In the second apartment you will find all the comforts you need to sleep and rest. In the living room there is a sofa bed for the two extra guests, while the others can rest in the two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a trundle bed with a double bed and a single bed on top. The second bedroom has two bunk beds with single beds and can accommodate up to 4 people. A bathroom with shower is also located in this flat. There are three standing fans at your disposal and if you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a highchair. The villa is located just 7 minutes from Chiclana de la Frontera, one of the most charming towns in the province of Cadiz where you can find all the necessary services to enjoy an independent stay. The famous beach of La Barrosa is only 15 minutes away, an 8 km long sandy area that is a unique space where you can enjoy the sea, breathe fresh air and take advantage of the great tourist offer created under its influence. You can take a route around its seven ‘magic points’, viewpoints from where you can admire marvellous views of the city. The more adventurous will also find nearby routes to do on foot or by bicycle, where they can enjoy the nature of the area. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed.
