Located in the picturesque town of Chiclana de la Frontera this house is the perfect retreat for families and groups of friends. It offers the perfect balance between comfort, space and all the amenities necessary for a perfect stay. Upon arrival you will be greeted by a cosy outdoor space with a small sofa and table perfect for putting things away or having a coffee in the morning enjoying the sunshine. The interior is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living-dining room with Smart TV, a sofa and armchairs and the fireplace that creates a cosy atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob and has all the necessary utensils so that you can prepare delicious meals with ease. You will be able to enjoy these dishes on the porch which has direct access from the kitchen and is ideal to extend the evenings with your companions. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the same floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are three further bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed, providing a flexible and comfortable space for all guests. To ensure your comfort during the hottest days, the house has three mobile fans. The location is unbeatable as it is only a five minute walk from the Barrosa Beach which is a unique space where you can enjoy the sea, breathe fresh air and take advantage of the great tourist offer created under its influence and where you can enjoy a perfect swim or stroll along the coast. Only 15 minutes by car you can reach the centre of Chiclana which has all the services such as bars, restaurants and shops perfect for a different day of sightseeing.
