The apartment has a modern balcony with a view of the in-house gardens, which have full sunlight in the afternoon. Apartment is fully equipped for the needs of daily life. It is a bright 80sqm apartment in the charming vintage style of the 1970s/80s. The apartment has a spacious balcony that invites you to relax; the apartment is brightly flooded with light all day long. Bremen, a historic city in northern Germany, offers a wealth of attractions and cultural landmarks that appeal to visitors of all interests. Schnoor Quarter is a charming medieval neighborhood with narrow lanes, historic buildings, boutiques, and cafes. Bremen Town Hall and Roland Statue, a UNESCO World Heritage site featuring a stunning Gothic town hall and the Roland statue, symbolizing city rights and freedom. The apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator. The apartment has 4 rooms, and is designed for 2, max. 3 people. The bathroom was renovated in the style of the 80s when we moved in, the hallway is fitted with good stone tiles and all other rooms have only been laid with high-quality vinyl laminate in the last few months. The balcony facing the garden is accessible from the living room. There is a large basement room available including a drying room, washing machine, dishwasher and bicycle cellar.
