The exterior of the property is ideal for enjoying the southern climate and taking a dip in the shared chlorine pool, with dimensions of 25mx9m and a depth range between 0.85mx2.20m, or strolling through the garden before entering the property. Please note that the accommodation has direct neighbors. It has a porch with a table and two chairs to relax and the interior is divided into two floors. On the first floor you will find a nice living room equipped with AC and TV and an open gas kitchen, with all the necessary utensils so you can cook comfortably. On this floor there is a toilet. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where you will find the three bedrooms of the house. Two of them have a double bed and the third one has two single beds. The bathroom on the second floor has a bathtub. You will be able to make use of the fan in the first bedroom, as well as the washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is no crib or high chair available. The accommodation is located in Chiclana de la Frontera, one of the most charming towns in the province of Cadiz. In its area you will find all the necessary services to enjoy an independent stay. Less than a kilometer away is located the famous beach of La Barrosa, a sandy area of 8 km long that becomes a unique space where you can enjoy the sea, breathe fresh air and take advantage of the great tourist offer created under its influence. You can make a route through its seven "magic points", viewpoints from where you can admire wonderful views of the city.
