The terrace of the apartment is the perfect place to relax after a day of sun and beach. With views of the sea at the end of the street, nothing better than a drink at sunset in the chairs and table on the terrace.The apartment is on the second floor without elevator and offers a modern and cozy style. The dining room is equipped with TV-sat and air conditioning. The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob and all the basic equipment to cook during your vacation. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Our guests will sleep in two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. You also have a modern bathroom with shower. Finally, a cot, a high chair and a fan complete the accommodation.Port de Pollença is one of the best holiday destinations in Mallorca, with a very familiar and calm atmosphere. The street from the apartment leads directly to the sandy beach. From here, you can start a relaxing walk along the beach until you reach the center of the port where you will be amazed by the picturesque promenade, full of shops and restaurants. You cannot forget to visit the beautiful towns of Pollença and Alcúdia, the viewpoint of Formentor or Cala San Vicente. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Tourist license: ETVPL/13613The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
