The wonderful exteriors have been designed in detail to enjoy the good weather. In addition to the stunning saltwater pool -which measures 9 x 5 meters with a 1.6 metres depth between-, there are comfy sunbeds for sunbathing, the Balinese bed or the fabulous outdoor sofa next to a bar area. There is a mobile barbecue to taste delicious grilled meats and vegetables. In the house there is also a gym and a storage area for your bicycles. The property is fenced and there are close neighbours.The modern 3-storey house offers a modern, eclectic and cozy style. The living room is on the -1 floor with TV-sat and a fabulous bar. The dining kitchen on the ground floor has an induction top and wide views of the pool area. There is also a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. In the house there are 12 bedrooms -four on each floor-, each with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub or shower. We can also provide up to 4 cots and 4 high chairs.This excepcional house is located north of the city of Palma, with the essential basic services at hand such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. By car or public transport, you arrive to the city center where you can stroll through the narrow streets full of shops, restaurants and museums and reach the wonderful cathedral, la Seu. Palma has a great shopping and leisure offer, but you can also enjoy nature by visiting the Sierra de Tramuntana, the beaches in the south and of course also those in the southeast, such as es Trenc. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
