This modern villa offers a spacious and comfortable stay for large groups. On the ground floor, you'll find two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each featuring hotel-quality box-spring beds (90 x 210 cm) and ample storage. The kitchen, equipped with a cooking island and top-notch appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, and induction hob, opens to a large dining area with seating for ten. The cozy living room features a corner sofa, extra chairs, and a smart TV for entertainment. The villa also includes underfloor heating and cooling for added comfort.Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with air conditioning. Two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom, while the third has an open en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have high-quality box-spring beds and ample storage space. A spacious roof terrace on the southwest side offers a lounge sofa and seating, perfect for enjoying the evening sun. The bathrooms are fully equipped with showers, sinks, toilets, and one includes a hairdryer. Pets are welcome (maximum of two).Outside, you'll find a garden set with seating for ten, two parasols, and a BBQ and a luxury hot tub, electrically heated, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. The villa is located in a peaceful area, with quiet hours from 10 p.m. and a fireworks-free policy.
