Step into this recently built holiday home, located in a peaceful setting on the outskirts of the charming village of Prosečné. Here it is an oasis of peace, just a stone's throw away from the Giant Mountains National Park and the lively town of Vrchlabí nearby. This place is perfect for those looking for a winter wonderland or summer adventures.The modern villa was designed with luxury and comfort in mind and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, a spacious living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area invites you to spend cozy evenings and culinary delights. There is even a play corner for the little ones. Upstairs you will find 5 comfortable quadruple rooms and a cozy double room. In total, 22 guests can stay here comfortably. Each room is equipped with a wardrobe, bed linen and towels. There are also 3 modern bathrooms with shower and toilet, one of which has a bathtub.And to make your stay even more pleasant, you can relax in the Finnish sauna or enjoy refreshing moments on the spacious terrace overlooking the surrounding nature. The garden has a covered and heated pool of 10 x 4 m (the pool is closed in winter) and a playground with swings for the little ones. There is ample parking for six cars on the premises and additional space right in front of the house in a public parking lot.Whether you are looking for adventure or peace, the area offers something for everyone. From visiting the zoo in Dvur Kralové to taking the cable car to the highest mountain in the Czech Republic, Sněžka, there are numerous ways to explore this enchanting area in every season.
