This wonderful villa is situated on the hill of Baredine, not far from the town Buje. It has a modern and comfortable interior with first class furniture. It is divided into two levels. The ground floor has a cosy living room, the large kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom and a bedroom. There are more bedrooms on the first floor. The yard has a swimming pool with magnificent views to green hills and valleys which you can enjoy while swimming and relaxing. Nearby are four similar villas which are also rented out. Enjoy bicyling trips through the enchanting surroundings. The house is near Groznjan which is often visited by artists during the summer where they present their skills during concerts and in galleries. The culinaric offers range from traditional meals from the inland to fresh fish meals by the coast. Do not forget the truffles, a specialty from Istria. Also try local wines. Buje is a town with a Medieval old town with a Roman flair, situated in the hills 14 km from Novigrad and 10 km from Umag. If you prefer peace and quiet and if you want to retire from all the stress, you will find a retreat in this picturesque town.
