The west-facing balcony with outdoor furniture is perfect for relaxing after a day of activities.The apartment is ideally located near all essential amenities, including Carrefours Montagne and Market, shops, a cinema, bowling, and tennis courts. The thermal baths are just 2 km away. For winter sports enthusiasts, there are three ski resorts nearby: Luz Ardiden (14 km), Barèges/La Mongie (11 km), and Gavarnie (25 km). A free shuttle to Luz Ardiden departs from the center of Luz. Outdoor parking is available around the private residence, and an outdoor swimming pool is accessible during the summer months.
