This spacious, recently renovated 70m² apartment, located on the ground floor of a chalet in Saint-Paul en Chablais, comfortably accommodates up to six guests. It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom, and another with two single beds. A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Parking is available beside the chalet.Located in "La Beunaz," the apartment offers a peaceful, nature-surrounded setting. It's ideally positioned 15 minutes from both Evian and Thollon-les-Mémises and 5 minutes from Bernex, providing easy access to both lake and mountain activities. Evian offers lakeside activities, while Bernex and Thollon-les-Mémises are popular ski resorts and hiking destinations.The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a sofa bed. A terrace provides outdoor space. There is also a separate toilet with a washing machine, a second shower room with a WC, and a practical entrance area (converted garage) for storing skis, boots, etc. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Linen rental is available (€25 per person), and optional end-of-stay cleaning is €50. A €500 security deposit (bank card imprint) is required. Late arrivals (after 6 PM) may incur additional charges.
