It features a separate bedroom with a double bed and a mountain corner at the entrance with two bunk beds. Pets are welcome. A small south-facing terrace is accessible from the living room. A €500 security deposit via bank card imprint is required upon key handover. Household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels) is provided for €25 per person.Located in Bernex, the apartment is a 20-minute drive from Evian, Lake Geneva, and its beaches. Bernex is a family-friendly ski resort offering various services. In summer, guests can enjoy walks in the village and hikes towards the Dent d'Oche and other peaks. Montreux (45km) and Yverdon-les-Bains (47km) are also within driving distance, offering opportunities to explore both the Haute Savoie region and Switzerland.The apartment includes a living room with a lounge area and a television, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, electric hob, practical storage, and a drying rack. The dining table is suitable for meals. The bathroom features a bathtub. A ski locker is provided for equipment storage, and Wi-Fi access is available. Optional end-of-stay cleaning is available for €65. Late arrivals (after 6 PM) may incur additional charges.
