This charming mountain duplex apartment, a 25m² cocoon, comfortably accommodates up to six guests. It features a separate bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine with two bunk beds. A convertible sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space. Please note that pets are not allowed, and there is no on-site parking or Wi-Fi access. A €500 security deposit (bank card imprint) is required upon key collection.Located in Bernex, just 20 minutes by car from Evian and Lake Geneva, this apartment offers easy access to both lake and mountain activities. In winter, enjoy the family-friendly ski slopes of Bernex. In summer, explore the beautiful hiking trails towards the Dent d'Oche. Geneva is just an hour away by car.This well-equipped apartment includes a living room with a comfortable lounge area and television, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, washing machine, electric hob, coffee maker, kettle, and dining table, and a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet. A balcony offers breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. A ski locker is provided for convenient storage of equipment. Linen rental (€25 per person) and optional cleaning (€65) are available. Late arrivals (after 6 p.m.) may incur additional charges.
