This accommodation is very quiet, well located and the vacationers who frequent it are delighted. 6 km from St Julien de Lampon (Market and shops) and 8 km from Sarlat (Shops), independent house of 220 m2 near a home. Ground floor, a living room with open kitchen, living room (TV, sofa, internet), dining area. 2 bedrooms: 2 140 cm beds. 2 bathrooms. 2 independent WCs. Floor: 4 bedrooms: 4 90 cm beds, 2 140 cm beds. Central underfloor heating by oil boiler. Laundry room with washing machine. Enclosed land of 2000 m2. Garden furniture. 4 sun loungers. Barbecue. Swing. Petanque court. Household linen and bathroom linen not provided.
