The plus: 4 bikes made available free of charge. Old barn adjoining another gîte for 4 people with private terrace and large garden at the back, one part private and the other shared. On the ground floor: large air-conditioned living room (57m²) with dining room/living room/kitchen - storage room - WC. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds and 1 baby bed) - bathroom with shower and bathtub. Electric heating (consumption billing). Courtyard in front of the gîte with garage.
