On the borders of Berry and Poitou, in Brenne, near Le Blanc, at the end of a private road, private estate over several hectares with independent house and two lofts. Private swimming pool (10x 4 meters - depth 1.10m) unheated open from June to September and a private pond in the 6 hectare property for NO KILL fishing only. Walk in complete tranquility and complete independence on the property which is nothing for you!!! You can also enjoy a boat. The extras: sheets, towels, cleaning and heating included in the price. The main house is equipped with a kitchen/dining room and lounge area, a bathroom, two bedrooms (double bed and 160 cm bed) and a separate toilet, as well as a large terrace of 150m2 with view of the swimming pool and the pond. The large loft includes a kitchen/dining room, three bedrooms (double bed, 2 single beds and 160 cm bed) and a bathroom/wc and the small loft includes 2 large bedrooms (180 cm bed and 160 bed and a bathroom/wc. The cottage has 2 washing machines and 2 dishwashers. Internet access is free and television in the house and lofts. At your disposal, part of the land (around 2500 m²) is fenced and enclosed around the houses, you can play pétanque on the landscaped land or enjoy the evening on the second terrace under the house. The basement is fitted out with a summer kitchen and room for storing your bikes. The garden is accessed on one level from the terrace on one side of the house or by steps on the other side. Strict fishing regulations will be given to you upon your arrival. Several fishing stations have been set up as well as 2 dry toilets around the pond. Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival: - Pets: 3.5€ per day This accommodation is distributed by a professional.
