Former presbytery comprising 2 adjoining gîtes at the foot of the medieval fortress of one of the most beautiful villages in France in the Loire gorges. Small courtyard of 45 m² (access and fence shared by the 2 gîtes) with breathtaking views of the Loire. Nearby: Pradelles (most beautiful village in France, draft horse museum, rail bike, etc.) 12 km away, Lake Bouchet 15 km away (fishing, supervised swimming), Lake Issarlès (Ardèche) 25 km away, Lake Naussac (Lozère) 23 km away... All shops and market in Costaros 7 km away. Ground floor: kitchen-living room (convertible, TV). 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 140 cm beds, 4 90 cm beds), shower room, WC. The church bells ring only for rare ceremonies. They are silent most of the time. * Services with supplement: - Electric heating: 8kW free/day, then billed extra depending on consumption (0.25€/kW) - Cleaning fee: €80 (a cleaning deposit of an equivalent amount will be requested upon your arrival - rental of sheets for 1 person: €5 / 2 persons: €7.50 * Deposit requested upon arrival from the person in charge of reception. - accommodation: 180€ - cleaning: equivalent to the cleaning package This accommodation is distributed by a professional.
