Leaving the village of St Front towards Fay-sur-Lignon, follow the D263 towards Lac de St Front and take the first road on the left towards Couteaux. Then turn right on the bridge and go up to the top of the village. Independent stone house with a small plot of land (150 m²), located in a green environment, on the edge of a hamlet, near the Massif du Mézenc. Nearby: Les Estables 16 km (ski resort, paragliding, snow and outdoor activities, Mont Mézenc...), village of Bigorre 8 km (thatched cottages), Lake Saint-Front 4.5 km. On the ground floor, a large living room with fully equipped kitchen area and lounge area with wood stove, toilet. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms each have a 140 cm bed and one bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, bathroom, separate toilet. Services offered by the owners: - Electric heating (8kwh/day - the excess will have to be paid to the owners) and wood for the stove are provided. Additional services: - Cleaning package at €60, an equivalent deposit will be required if you do not take the option. - Sheets at 10€ For the winter period, we strongly advise you to equip your vehicle with suitable tires and to schedule your arrival at 4 p.m. due to the risk of heavy snow. This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental.
