From Langeac take the direction of St julien des Chazes, upon arrival, cross the metal bridge. Park in the square where the restaurant is located, on the left. Go under the porch. the gîte is located at the very back of the courtyard, on the left side. In a charming and peaceful village in the Allier gorges, Le Zavaillé offers a truly charming uniqueness: its 20m² terrace overlooking the river! Installed here, you have the impression of living on the water. On the interior side, the rooms are spacious and very well equipped, there is no doubt that you will have a pleasant stay in these places. Nearby: marked hikes, Prades 3 km (beach supervised in summer, white water activities, small shops), Chanteuges 9 km (salmon conservatory and medieval town), Langeac 10 km (all shops, outdoor activities nature). Entrance is via the terrace on the 1st floor opening onto the living room-kitchen (TV, fireplace), bathroom with closed toilet and laundry area. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 140cm bed each, 1 bedroom with 1 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 80cm beds and 1 100x175 corner bed, bathroom with toilet + 2nd separate toilet. The wood takes pride of place overall and brings a cozy atmosphere to this gîte. The living room overlooks the Allier River, ideal for fishing and white water sports. Services included in the price of accommodation: - Baby equipment: bed, high chair, bath, deckchair, changing mat. - Central heating with wood pellets included in the price. - Cleaning included - bed linen - Towels A deposit of €300 will be required upon your arrival at the gîte. Another €50 is required if you wish to bring a pet. All-inclusive rates including: bed linen and bathroom linen for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (however the cottage must be tidy, trash cans and dishwasher emptied, bed linen grouped in the same place, and sanitary facilities must be in a correct state of cleanliness) and central heating by wood pellets.
