Upstairs, you will find a landing with a single bed, a master suite with a double bed and a small bed and its private bathroom, a large bedroom with a double bed and a small bed. An additional bathroom is at your disposal. In the 2nd part, you will find upstairs, a studio with a double bed, a mini kitchenette and a bathroom. On the ground floor, a bedroom with two single beds and private bathroom! The ideal place for 2 families with: - conviviality thanks to a cozy and welcoming dining room with its large farm table and fireplace -privacy with its two separate “night” areas and 4 bathrooms. You will also enjoy a beautiful exterior with 2 gardens/terraces, and direct access to the Neste d'Aure, where you can stroll along the river, on these marked and maintained trails.
