This beautiful, single-story villa in Lamentin offers comfortable accommodation for up to six guests. It features three air-conditioned bedrooms: two with 140cm beds and one with a 160cm bed. A private swimming pool offers a refreshing escape. Parties are not permitted out of respect for the neighborhood.Located in the western part of Guadeloupe (Basse-Terre), this holiday home is a 20-minute drive from Pointe-א-Pitre airport and a 10-minute drive from Lamentin town, where you'll find amenities like a supermarket, bakery, and pharmacy. The Destreland shopping center is a 10-minute drive away, and the Marina du Gosier, with its restaurants, is about 20 minutes away. Grande Anse beach in Deshaies, the Deshaies botanical garden, and Malendure beach (known for turtle diving) are about a 30-minute drive.
