2021 Completely renovated, modernly furnished 4 1/2 ground floor apartment, 100 m2, with garden seating and barbecue. Quietly located with a view of the Engadine mountain landscape. Sunny location, central yet on the outskirts of Pontresina. The apartment offers free Wi-Fi, TV. Equipped with noble panel floors and underfloor heating. Two high-quality bathrooms, bathtub and separate shower. Nice kitchen with dishwasher, oven and large refrigerator. Washing machine and tumble dryer, ski and bicycle room for shared use. Biker-friendly.
The apartment is suitable for families as well as for 2 couples. Close to hiking, biking trails, cross-country ski trail, chairlift Languard and bus station.
The Pontresina promenade with its numerous restaurants, cinema, children's playground, as well as the Bellavita adventure pool and spa is just a few minutes away. Our guests are in the ski area in a few minutes by bus or vehicle.
Steep access, additional or larger vehicles must be parked in paid parking lots or parking garage.
 
Ski maps
Ski passes for the Upper Engadine mountain railways can be booked via the Internet under "snow-deal" with the dynamic price model "Snow Deal" for winter with up to 30% early bird discounts.
 The use of the bus in the Upper Engadine is free of charge with the general ski pass.
