Our small, cozy, completely newly renovated apartment is located on the southern sunny side, in the most beautiful location of Bad Kleinkirchheim. The ski slope and the ski lift are only a 3-minute walk from the apartment. From the terrace, you have a wonderful view of all of Bad Kleinkirchheim and the surrounding mountains.

The apartment is also situated along a marked hiking trail. The environment is peaceful and quiet, making the stay in the apartment very relaxing. Although the apartment is small, it offers exceptional comfort and is fully equipped. We are a family of three. My husband and I are professors, and my daughter is a student. We love to travel, discover new places, and learn about other cultures and customs. We love living in the mountains. We are passionate hikers and skiers. Based on our vision of an ideal place for a vacation in the mountains, we have furnished our small apartment, which is located in a very quiet area, almost without traffic.

Nearby, there are numerous marked hiking trails of varying difficulty. The ski slope and the ski lift are just a 3-minute walk from the apartment. You can also purchase a ski pass there. Only 5 minutes by car from the apartment, there are two thermal baths, golf courses, and a downhill slope.

The Una Apartment in Bad Kleinkirchheim is a pleasant, newly renovated holiday apartment with 30 m², located on the sunny side of Bad Kleinkirchheim in close proximity to the ski slopes as well as hiking and walking trails. It is situated in a very quiet and relaxing environment near all necessary amenities.

It is a studio apartment featuring a large double bed and a living room with a sofa bed and dining table, accommodating up to two adults and one child. Although small, the well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge with freezer, an induction cooktop, an extractor hood, a microwave oven, an espresso machine, a Moka pot, a kettle, a toaster, and complete cooking utensils. The bathroom comes with a shower. One of the main attractions of the apartment is the well-equipped terrace with an outdoor cooking area, a table, a bench, and sun loungers for sunbathing, along with an impressive view of Bad Kleinkirchheim and the surrounding mountains, which all guests can enjoy.
