Blue Paradise Villa

Walking distance to one of the best beaches of Paros, Blue Paradise is a dreamy holiday home for your family or group of friends. Great sea views, pool access to a large swimming pool shared with 5 other villas in the area, and a comfortable lovingly furnished real island home guarantee a relaxing holiday to remember. Only 5 minutes drive to the center of Parikia – the port town of Paros- with bars, restaurants, taverns, open-air markets, and chick boutiques.

The space
This home has plenty of outside spaces for dining, resting, and admiring those beautiful views. Two dining tables, each seat up to 6 people under the shade of pergolas, and a comfortable sunny, stone-built seating area is situated in the private garden in front of the house.

The main door is on the covered veranda, the living room accesses the terrace through double balcony doors. The main living area is an open space with a kitchen and breakfast bar. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the appliances that make life easier, a fridge-freezer, a microwave oven, an electric cooker and oven and a dishwasher. Plenty of crockery and cutlery at your convenience would you decide to stay in for dinner.

The bedrooms are situated in the elevated basement area. They all have windows looking over the garden and they all have natural light. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and curtains and have shutters too that can block out the sun entirely. All rooms are air-conditioned (including the living room/kitchen area). The house is made of local stone the walls are half a meter thick.

The master bedroom features a double bed (160 x 200cm) and an ensuite bathroom where you will find the washing machine. There is a good-sized desk at the window so if you must you will be able to work comfortably. The second bedroom is a standard double too (with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm) with its ensuite bathroom (shower) and the third bedroom features twin beds, ideal for children (two beds that can be pushed together each 90 x 180 cm) plus a bathroom with shower.

The swimming pool shared by 8 houses in the same area is several steps down from the garden. The pool is spacious and never gets crowded. If you prefer the beach, Marcello Beach with a beach bar and snacks is just down the road, a 5-minute walk. This is one of the highest-rated beaches of the island gaining the blue flag year by year.

There is private parking at the back of the house for one car, a second car can park further down in a public car park.

The neighborhood
The area of KRIOS where this home is situated lies across the bay of Parikia. It’s a hilly residential area with holiday homes, local homes, and some hotels around. The beach of Marcello (also called Paralia Krios)is well-known and loved by visitors and locals alike. This is one of the few beaches that are protected even when the strong north winds are blowing. There are a few seaside taverns and beach bars in this area but for grocery shopping, you have to go to Parikia, which is 5 minutes drive away. At the tip of the bay, there is a small chapel called Agios Fokas, very popular for weddings and christenings. The area is great for walking and jogging with many pathways alongside the sea.

Interaction with guests
Anna will see you upon your arrival, handle the house keys, explain how everything works in the house (hot water, cooker etc.) tell you about the island and answer any questions.

On your departure, she will see you again to check the house and see you off. You can always contact her by telephone in any case, she lives on the island permanently.
