Herzlich Willkommen in Falera und in unserer Ferienwohnung. Das Bergdorf Falera im Kanton Graubünden liegt oberhalb von Laax und punktet mit seiner sonnigen Lage ohne Durchgangsverkehr.
Für Ihre erholsamen Ferien erwarten Sie eine gut ausgestattete Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Nasszellen und ein gedeckte Terrasse. Das Mehrfamilienhaus «Casa Curtgin» wurde 2017/18 erbaut und liegt an zentraler, sonniger und ruhiger Lage. Sessellift ist zu Fuss in gut fünf Minuten erreichbar, das Lebensmittelgeschäft Volg in nur gerade 2 Minuten. Eine Haltestelle für den örtlichen Skibus, zum Sessellift und weiter zum Schneewunderland (Ponylift), befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus.
Für entspannte Familienferien sind sperrige Dinge wie Davoserschlitten, Babybett oder Hochstuhl bereits in der Wohnung vorhanden.
