The apartment is in an old house, completely renovated in 2014, in the little village of Moghegno in the Maggia valley.4 ( 6 )people can stay confortably.This apartment is better for a family's holiday, in contact with the nature.On the main floor there is the entrance hall.On the first level there's a living room with a dining table, a couch which can be opened into a bed, therefore two people can comfortably sleep on it, cable TV (Bluewin TV), and naturally there is internet WI-FI. In the modern kitchen there is a dishwasher, fridge,microwave,toaster, coffee machine((Chicco d'Oro), tea kettle and every tool that serves the confort of the guests.On the second level there is the bedroom with a double bed ( 180x200), and the bathroom.In the bathroom there is a modern shower with glass paneling and a sink beside it with a big mirror and the hair dryerUpstairs there are two single beds (80x200) which can be naturally put beside each other to make a double bed.The house has a balcony which has a beautiful view of the village.The apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday, faraway from the city and the traffic.During your stay, we will be always be available for question, or any other needs you may have.If you like walking and hiking, there's many beautiful mountains and hiking paths.In 5 minutes you can reach the Maggia river and have a refreshing swim in it.Bus stop, Supermarkets (Coop and Migros), Post office are a 5-10 minute walk from home.20 minute from Locarno and 15 from Cevio.Parking near by.The price includes, bedding, bath linen, kitchen linen, WI-FI.The holiday tax is not includes, to be paid on the spot.The final cleaning is 130 fr.Smoking in the house is prohibited.Animals are not allowed.
