Our 3-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building above the restaurant Osteria Nostrana, directly in the pedestrian area in the piazza of Ascona. Access by car directly in front of the house to load and unload luggage, is without anyproblem possible. The public parking lot is only in 3 minutes walking distanceThe building with the aparment is separated only by the piazza of the beautiful lake - Lake Maggiore. Perfect for a stroll along the lake. The spacious 3-room apartment (70 sqm) has a well-equipped, separate kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso machine, a beautiful living room, a large double bedroom and a smaller single bedroom. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.A furnished balcony opens directly onto the piazza with a view of the lake. A small, furnished balcony opens onto the quiet side street. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and pets are not allowed
