Die Ferienwohnung ist drei Gehminuten vom malerischen Dorfzentrum Appenzell entfernt. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuss in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Beim Objekt handelt es sich um eine dreijährige Wohnung. Das grosszügige Wohnzimmer ist der Mittelpunkt der hellen Wohnung, die moderne Küche und die beiden schön eingerichteten Schlafzimmer bieten alles, was man für eine gelungene Ferienwoche benötigt. Die Ferienwohnung Verfügt über eine begehbare Dusche, Geschirrspülmaschine, Steamer, Backofen, Waschmaschine inkl. Trockner sowie einem eigenen Parkplatz. Direkt von der Wohnung aus können verschiedene Wanderungen in den Alpstein gestartet oder das Dorfzentrum mit der bezaubernden Hauptgasse und den vielen authentischen kleinen Läden besucht werden.   Bett-, Frottier- und Küchenwäsche sind inbegriffen. Ein Parkplatz steht Ihnen vor der Wohnung zur Verfügung.
