This bright homely oasis of well-being, the Alla Roccia, with its dreamlike lake view from each room and from each of the associated balconies offers - thanks to the passenger elevator - each guest easy access to all three floors. You will be welcomed by about 180 sqm of feel-good space - with a spacious living/dining area with fantastic views thanks to a glass front across the entire width of the accommodation, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, ... - , which leave nothing to be desired and provide sufficient privacy. Already the approach (approx. 300m) is very pleasant: turn off the road around the lake, pass under the railroad line and only two turns from the lake, you are already at the destination of our - and hopefully your - dreams.   You can park your car comfortably and generously under the semi-detached house, unload without hassle and access each floor of the house together with your luggage in a passenger elevator. What a comfort right at the beginning of your vacation!   On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (each with double beds and balcony) and two bathrooms.   Across the middle floor - the actual entrance and living floor - is the spacious living/dining area with fireplace, kitchen and guest toilet, as well as a terrace with several seating areas and a gas barbecue.   On the lowest floor there is another bedroom (2 double beds 140×190 and 160x200) with terrace and bathroom. Here is also the heating and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.   Each bathroom of this oasis of well-being has a rain shower.   Behind the house is a small lawn for sunbathing.   Swimming pool? It is only a 3-minute walk to the largest "pool" in the region, the Lago itself, with a public beach including a bathing platform and facilities for changing clothes. And you are welcome to use our Sups and paddle on the lake. In which pool can you do that?? To the popular seaside resort of Maccagno it is only about 10 minutes by car.   If you have any questions about the place, a contact person is available. You should be able to park three vehicles comfortably under the house. You can conveniently get the key via a key safe. So you can also arrive late in the evening or leave early in the morning.   Further details about the use of our feel-good property will be communicated to you in writing after booking. You will also find an information folder in the house.   Caviano is a beautiful small tranquil place. A recommendable nearby osteria (open mid-March until the end of the season), a small bodega, picturesque alleys, a very small football playground and a gas station with store complete the offer.   If you also like to enjoy your vacation away from the tourist hustle and bustle and like to sit in the sun longer in the evening with a delicious sundowner, then Gambarogno is the right lakeside destination for you.You can explore the beautiful surroundings of Gambarogno via numerous - partly steep, challenging, well signposted - hiking trails and start directly at the garden gate.  Even train spotters get their money's worth - although the trains - like the road around the lake - are only slightly audible at the house. Ascona, the Swiss pearl of the area, can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.   Likewise, you can make a trip to Italy (border only 1 km away) and e.g. in nearby Luino (about 16 km) for the daily needs extensive shopping.On Wednesdays from 9 am - 4:30 pm the biggest weekly market of the area takes place in Luino. From Luino you can also make numerous trips by boat. For example, in 25 minutes to Cannobio - with its widely known Sunday weekly market with its flair and freshly prepared specialties of the region.   Some (bakery) goods, drinks and trifles are offered by a gas station 300m away. If you do not want to drive yourself, you can reach the nearest bus stop in 3 minutes on foot. Hopefully you will soon convince yourself of our oasis of well-being - we look forward to welcome you.
