Das alleinstehende Ferienhaus liegt auf 1160 m, 5 km von Appenzell, mitten im Wandergebiet Appenzell - Kronberg. Das gemütliche Haus und der grosszügige Umschwung laden zur Entspannung ein und das Cheminée im Wohnzimmer sorgt für eine heimelige Atmosphäre. Das 4 1/2 Zimmerhaus bietet Platz für 6 Personen.Mindestaufenthalt sind 5 Nächte. Somit profitieren sie von der beliebten Appenzeller-Ferienkarte, mit der sie unser Dorf und die Umgebung erkunden können.Im Preis inbegriffen: Frottewäsche, Küchenwäsche, Bettanzug, Holz, Strom, Wasser, W-lanIm Preis nicht inbegriffen ist die Kurtaxe ab 16 Jahren. 2.50.- pro Person und Tag.Die Unterkunft ist 84 m2 gross und hat einen grosszügigen Garten inklusive Terasse und Grillstelle.Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer. Bei 2 Schlafzimmern sind keine Zimmertüren vorhanden (Vorhang dient als Tür-Ersatz).Bodenheizung ist keine vorhanden. Hausschuhe sind deshalb empfehlenswert.Zugang bei Schnee:Im Winter wid die Solleggstrasse bis zum Wende- und Parkplatz oberhalb des Ferienhauses periodisch vom Schnee geräumt. Allrad oder Schneeketten sind notwendig. Die Zufahrt (60m) zum Ferienhaus wird nicht geräumt.Wichtig!!! Bei stürmischer Witterung ist es möchlich, dass die Strasse kurz nach der Schneeräumung wieder unpassierbar ist und die 1,7 km bis zum Haus zu Fuss zurückgelegt werden müssen. Parkieren müssten sie dann im Dorf Appenzell und mit der ÖV (Publicar) bis zum Campingplatz Eischen.
Sonstige Schlafzimmereinrichtung (Schlafzimmer1): Kommode, Regal und Kleiderständer vorhanden. Nachttischlampe ebenfalls vorhanden.
