Also due to the view over the lake from the property and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest and at the water the domicile is popular. The garden is communal property and can only be used by the residents of the hall of residence. The flat: is located approx. 150 metres from the lake. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. Access is via a field or forest track (asphalted, length 200 m). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a carport and on the property.
