Located on one of the main panoramic streets of Sorrento, a 10-minute walk from the historic centre, in a residential area with hotels and villas, the "Villetta dell'armonia e dei colori" offers its guests the entire first floor, with a large and well-kept garden. Large, panoramic solarium terrace with barbecue, on the top floor of the villa, accessed through the garden. The villa is a 5-minute walk from the sea.

Villa l'Ulivina is well connected to the centre of Sorrento to the railway station and to the tourist harbour which can be easily reached on foot and where public buses and private taxis are always available. A parking space can be available on request for a fee. An extra bed may be available on request, either in the lounge or in the larger bedroom at an extra charge.
Villa Ulivina is in a privileged position to easily reach all the main tourist resorts on the coast. Capri is easily reached by hydrofoil from the port of Sorrento. Pompeii and Herculaneum are less than half an hour away by Circumvesuviana from the train station.
Positano, Amalfi and Ravello are connected by tourist buses and can be reached in 20/25 minutes. At the port of Sorrento it is also possible to rent private boats for day trips. There is also a lovely walk to the Regina Giovanna baths, a pleasant place of archaeological interest (ruins of the Roman Villa Pollio) that can be reached in 15 minutes. Other nearby destinations of note are Massalubrense and Nerano.
For your safety, we guarantee thorough cleaning and sanitising of the premises at each new arrival and use equipment certified according to current ministerial regulations.
