St Joseph 12 is a lovely flat located in a quiet apartment building in the heart of the Trionfale district, quiet and central. Only 600 metres from the metro stop 'Cipro-Musei Vaticani'.
The flat consists of one bedroom, a second larger bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen. Each room has its own heating and air conditioning.
St Joseph is a residence suited to the needs of the family travelling with children, the group of friends seeking adventure, the couple seeking intimacy and the single traveller.
It is in a great location and enjoys excellent public transport links, located at both Piazza Risorgimento and Piazzale degli Eroi (buses, trams and taxis) as well as the Cipro and Ottaviano metro stations, which are equally distant. Both airports are easily accessible from the flat thanks to the direct train from Fiumicino and the shuttle bus from Ciampino.
Despite being in the heart of Rome, the flat is very quiet at night and is ideal for relaxing after a day spent exploring the city.
The flat is equipped with air conditioning, WIFI and fast internet, shampoo, soap, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. In the kitchen you will find the essentials for cooking (oil, salt, spices, sugar) as well as tea and coffee to start your day.

It is important to remember that there is no lift in the building
Check-ins after 10pm where self-check-in cannot be done, will have an extra charge of 20 euros. After 10pm all check-ins must be submitted for approval and in the case of approval there will be a 30 euro surcharge.
All guests are required to pay in cash a sojourn tax of 5 euro per person per day (children under 10 years are exempt) for a maximum of 10 days. The tourist tax is a compulsory tax payable to the municipality of Rome. In Italy, it is in force in all regions.
