Situated on a first floor with lift and located in a quiet street (as the circulation of vehicles is restricted in this street) that will allow you to have rest.

At the entrance the flat offers a spacious kitchen, with the necessary appliances and utensils so that it is not complicated to enjoy the kitchen, although we remind you that the gastronomic offer in the local businesses around it is worth contemplating.

To the left of the kitchen you will enjoy a spacious living-dining room, with Smart TV and furniture to relax and have lunch with the family. The third person will be able to rest on the sofa bed in the living room. A small balcony overlooking the street where the flat is located will allow fresh air from the street.

The kitchen is to the right of the bedroom with a double bed, window to the inner courtyard of the community and space to store your luggage comfortably and tidily.

Next to the kitchen and bedroom is the bathroom with shower.
