With great expectations, we started the renovation of an old winegrower's house in 2022 and created 7 impressive boutique apartments and 2 boutique penthouse apartments with an individual feel-good factor - equipped to a high standard, in the middle of the village and parking spaces on the doorstep. Free WLAN is available throughout the house.

Our location on the Middle Moselle offers a perfect starting point for day trips to Bernkastel-Kues, Trier or Koblenz.
But why go further afield when good things are so close? Experience us and Kröv up close on one of our covered wagon tours including a guided tour of the vineyard, wine tasting and optionally with a grilled vintner's feast or enjoy an evening in our “Römerkeller” restaurant and sit back and relax.

Each apartment has an open-plan living and sleeping area and is equipped as follows.
Our two penthouses also have a free-standing bathtub, 2 balconies and separate living and sleeping areas. Apartment 3 is a barrier-free room, which also has its own designated parking space.

Apartment 2 is located on the ground floor of the apartment building. With approximately 51m², you will find nearly everything a vacationer's heart desires. The stylishly combined living & sleeping area invites you to feel comfortable and stay awhile.

In the living area, you can make yourself cozy on the couch and put your feet up. With the Smart TV, you can stream your favorite movies & series or simply watch free TV through Magenta TV. For the inner child in us, a collection of classic games is at your disposal.

You will sleep well on already made 180x200 cm box spring beds from the FBF brand. Next to the bedside table, there is a 230V and a USB socket on each side.

Well-equipped for everyday cooking needs, you can whip up meals together in the kitchen and enjoy a glass of wine. Of course, a bottle of our Kröver Nacktarsch fine herb is already chilled and waiting for you in the refrigerator.

In the bathroom, you will feel like you're in a hotel. A large washbasin with an automatically lit cosmetic mirror, towels, a hairdryer, a toilet, and finally, the pleasant rain shower with complimentary toiletries.

On the terrace facing the side street, you can leisurely unwind with a glass of wine as the evening comes to a close.

Payment

The guest is obliged to pay the prices applicable for the rental of the holiday accommodation and any additional services used from the landlord.
The total amount is to be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. Payment can be made via bank transfer to the landlord's account or via PayPal.
For last-minute bookings (from 14 days before arrival), the total amount must be transferred immediately after booking confirmation.
In the event of payment delay, the guest will receive a payment reminder. If no payment is made thereafter, reminders with a late fee of €10 will be sent to the guest.

Cancellation

The guest has no right to cancel free of charge. In the event of cancellation, the guest is obliged to pay a portion of the agreed price as compensation. The amount of compensation is determined according to the following schedule:

free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
70% of the total price for cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
100% of the total price for cancellation from the 6th day before arrival

This also applies in the case of early departure. For this reason, we recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance policy.

Cancellations must also be made in writing.
