The AppHaus SONNE is situated in a particularly beautiful panoramic location, with a view of the valley and the Großglockner. A sunny, quiet, central spot, just a few minutes' walk to the center.
You can expect 6 comfortable apartments, each with a large south-facing balcony/terrace. All apartments are south-facing,
very comfortable, and especially spacious in layout. Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen or kitchenette and a dining and living area, as well as satellite TV & Wi-Fi.
Depending on the size of the apartment, there is one or two bedrooms. In the larger apartments, the bathroom and toilet are separate. There is ample storage space for your luggage.
Your car has its own parking space.

Enjoy summer as well as winter away from mass tourism. The hosts in the area will treat you with delicacies from the region.
There are restaurants in the neighborhood that you can reach on foot. Therefore, your car can stay parked!

In winter, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the snow-covered mountains.
The free ski bus stops almost at the door and takes you to the center of Heiligenblut and the valley station of the Grossglockner cable car in just a few minutes.
There are hardly any waiting times at the lifts that will take you to skiing enjoyment at almost 3000m altitude.
For cross-country skiers, there are well-prepared cross-country trails nearby.
With good snow conditions, a ski route leads from the slope to close to the house.

In the summer, our house is a central starting point for mountain biking, hiking, and climbing tours.
You can reach the valley station of the Großglockner cable car in just a few minutes.
A wonderful starting point for numerous hiking trails at high altitudes.
