Our house, called "Alpina", is located in the centre of Flattach. 3 apartments offer space for in total 22 guests on three floors.

The modern and comfortably furnished apartments offer a balcony or terrace. Free parking spaces are available for our guests. The garden side of the house is south-facing and offers a cozy sunbathing lawn with a barbecue area. 

In the immediate vicinity you will find various restaurants, pubs and the Mölltaler Gletscher shopping centre with supermarket, bank, tobacconist and sports shop. In summer, many leisure facilities (outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, high ropes course, water sports in the Möll, cycle path etc.) are very easy to reach. The house is next to the public bus stop "Kleindorf" (approx. 50 meters to the ski/hiking bus stop) on the main road B106 and offers a beautiful view to the surrounding mountains. The skiing area Mölltaler Gletscher is approx. 8km away.

Relaxing retreat and centrally located holiday home at the same time: Whether you want to take on the sporting challenges around the glacier or prefer to spend your holiday day in the valley - Alpina is an ideal starting point in any case.

Apartment (50m²) with 2 separate bedrooms (2 double beds) and a bathroom with shower (hairdryer available) and separate WC. Extension for a 5th person in one of the bedrooms with a sofa bed. Separate, fully equipped kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment) with a nice sitting area and large dining table. Ground level terrace with covered, furnished seating area. Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge. WLAN freely available. The holiday flat is located in the basement with its own entrance area.

Cancellation policy:
Until 4 weeks prior to date of arrival: No cancellation fee
up to 14 days prior to date of arrival: 30 % of the total cost
up to 8 days prior to date of arrival: 70 % of the total cost
Please note that any cancellation after 7 days prior to date of arrival or a no-show will result a 100 % cancellation fee of the expected cost.
Exceptions may apply due to special circumstances.
