The cozy apartment Alpenlodge in modern, alpine style, is one of two maisonette apartments in the 2021 newly built semi-detached house in Bad Mitterndorf. It offers plenty of space for up to five people and a child, to enjoy an unforgettable vacation at any time of year in Ausseerland.

The bathroom on the first floor is the jewel of the apartment, as it includes a modern sauna (running hours: 12:00-22:00), where guests can relax and review the day, after cross-country skiing, skiing, hiking, biking or more.

The living and dining room is open and flooded with light. A large sliding door releases you to the covered terrace with a wonderful view of the Grimming and the Aldiana Grimmingtherme located right next to it.

In the modern kitchen you and your loved ones will find everything you need to prepare a meal together. The large oak table with five armchairs invites you to a cozy get-together. By the way - from there you have the most beautiful view of the Grimming, but take a look by yourself :)

The TV is located facing the comfortable couch. However, there is only one TV in the house. Freely according to the motto: switch off and take time for yourself.

The staircase leads to the upper floor of the house, where the bedrooms are located. Two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box spring beds- hardnesses three and four. The third bedroom with a bunk bed is optional to book. The bunk bed is designed for an adult with a child.

Under the stairs of the house there is a storage room, various cleaning items and a fire extinguisher. There is a common room for both apartments, where you will find a ski/walking shoe dryer, as well as a large sink. Washing machine and dryer are also available. This room is viedo supervised.

As a special service, the landlord offers a refrigerator filled with various food items that can be purchased and paid for on a trust basis.
