On the first floor, there are two more modernly equipped bedrooms with double beds; each has its own bathroom and air conditioning. On this floor, there is also a specially furnished workspace, ideal for those who need a private workspace during their vacation.

Besides the luxury inside, Villa Martincic also offers outdoor attractions that will satisfy all members of your group. An outdoor pool of 50m², which can be heated upon request, offers you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the sun. The large property of 4300m², which is completely fenced, offers various entertainment options such as swings for children, a trampoline, a badminton court, and a mini football pitch, so there is something for everyone.
