Our house, named "Marianne," consists of 4 apartments with a fitness and wellness area, and a large garden. You will find the house in the small charming village of Langscheid in the volcanic East Eifel, near Nürburgring, situated at an altitude of 550 m.

Langscheid is a state-recognized resort and is located in the middle of the uniquely beautiful juniper heath. We offer you magnificent views, a unique nature right at your "front door," with dream paths that lead directly past the house.

The 57 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor. Throughout the house, you can use free Wi-Fi.

The apartment is furnished in a high-quality country house style and consists of,

a living and dining room with a cozy couch corner with LCD TV, stereo system, and DVD player. In the dining area, there is a centrally heated tiled stove with a cozy wood bench, a table, and two chairs.

The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed, allergy-free mattresses, nightstands, and a 5-door wardrobe with a furniture safe inside.

The bathroom is a shower room with a hand washbasin and toilet. A hairdryer, towels, and a basic supply of toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and soap are included.

The also enclosed kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, egg cooker, blender, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The kitchen cabinets are equipped. A basic supply of kitchen towels/dishcloths, dish soap, filter bags, trash bags, kitchen roll, dish detergent, and tabs is also included.

The balcony facing southeast has an unobstructed, sweeping view over the wonderful Eifel landscape. The garden chairs with cushions, table and tablecloth, and a sun umbrella are also part of the furnishings.

Additionally, the house has a large garden with a badminton/football court, a pétanque court, and a barbecue area nearby.

Upon request, a washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee.

The machines in the fitness area with a winter garden can be used at any time and are included in the price.

You can also use the sauna and the infrared cabin in the wellness area, but you must book them for a fee at least 1 day in advance during your stay. This area will also be available solely for you.

House-owned parking spaces are located directly in front of the entrance door.

In the secured garage, you can safely store your bikes and e-bikes. A socket for charging is available.
