Our house, named "Marianne," consists of 4 apartments with a fitness and wellness area, and a large garden. You will find the house in the small charming village of Langscheid in the volcanic East Eifel, near Nürburgring, situated at an altitude of 550 m.

Langscheid is a state-recognized resort and is located in the middle of the uniquely beautiful juniper heath. We offer you magnificent views, a unique nature right at your "front door," with dream paths that lead directly past the house.

The 57 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor. Throughout the house, you can use free Wi-Fi. The apartment is tastefully furnished in country house style and consists of a living and dining room with a cozy couch area equipped with an LCD TV, stereo system, and DVD player. In the dining area, there is a centrally heated tiled stove with a comfortable wood-fired bench, a table, and two chairs. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed, allergy-friendly mattresses, bedside tables, and a 5-door wardrobe with a safe inside. The bathroom is a shower room with a hand wash basin and toilet. A hairdryer, towels, a basic supply of toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and soap are included. The equally fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, egg cooker, mixer, and fridge with freezer compartment. The kitchen cabinets are equipped. A basic supply of kitchen towels/dish cloth, dish soap, filter bags, garbage bags, kitchen roll, dish soap, and tabs is also included. The balcony, facing southeast, offers an unobstructed, sweeping view of the beautiful Eifel landscape. Garden chairs with cushions, a table and tablecloth, and a sunshade are also part of the furnishings. Additionally, the house has a large garden with a badminton/football area, a petanque court, and a grill area. Upon request, washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee. The equipment in the fitness area with winter garden is available for use at any time and is included in the price. You may also use the sauna and the infrared cabin in the wellness area, but you must book these at least 1 day in advance during your stay for a fee. This area is also available for your exclusive use. On-site parking spaces are located directly in front of the entrance. In the lockable garage, you can securely store your bikes and e-bikes. A socket for charging is available.

In this apartment, dogs are warmly welcome (8 €/dog).
