Welcome to about 95 m² in the traditional Ausseer style, our beautiful house offers everything you need for an unforgettable and relaxing holiday. There are two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other featuring a 160 cm double bed and a bunk bed. The sauna and bathroom are located upstairs. On the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area in the Ausseer veranda, a living room with a pull-out sofa, an additional WC, and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.Our holiday village offers numerous amenities, including a village store with local products, a cozy restaurant, and a variety of leisure activities. In winter, there's a drag lift, a children's lift, and a toboggan run. In summer, hiking and cycling trails start right behind the complex.For even more entertainment, enjoy sports equipment rentals, a wood and creative workshop for the whole family, and a recreation hall featuring an ice-skating rink and ice stock sport in winter. Yoga classes for adults, a swimming pond, tennis courts, a children's playground, archery, and an equestrian facility ensure unforgettable experiences.The Loser Drag Lift ski area is just 12 km away, while the beautiful Grundlsee lake is only a 10-minute walk from the house. The popular Tauplitz ski area can be reached by car in about 20 minutes.Please note that some of the mentioned activities and services are available for an additional fee.
