On 94 m² in Ausseer style, our beautiful house offers everything for an unforgettable and relaxing holiday. There are two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with a 160 cm double bed and a bunk bed. The sauna and bathroom are on the upper floor. On the ground floor you will find an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area in the Aussee veranda, a living room with pull-out sofa, an additional WC and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.The location couldn't be better: Our holiday village offers numerous amenities such as a village shop with local produce, a cosy restaurant and a variety of leisure activities. In winter there is a T-bar lift, a children's lift and a toboggan run. In summer, hiking and cycling trails await you directly behind the resort.Additional entertainment is provided by sports equipment hire, a wood and creative workshop for the whole family and an indoor leisure centre with an ice rink and curling in winter. Yoga courses for adults, a swimming pond, tennis courts, a children's playground, archery and a riding centre provide unforgettable experiences.The Loser Drag Lift ski area is just 12 km away, and the beautiful Grundlsee lake is just a 10-minute walk away. The popular Tauplitz ski area can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.Please note that some of the above offers can be booked on site for a fee.
