This setup combines modern comforts with a peaceful, rustic atmosphere, ideal for families or groups.The main house features two beautiful bedrooms—one with a luxurious double bed and the other with a 160 cm double bed and a bunk bed. The upper floor includes a sauna and an elegant bathroom, while downstairs offers an open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a comfortable living room with a pull-out sofa. Additional amenities include a WC and a practical utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The "Troatkostn" offers an open living and sleeping area, a small kitchen, dining table, and a cozy sitting area with a pull-out sofa. The upstairs bedroom boasts a private balcony and an en-suite bathroom for relaxation.Located just 12 km from the Loser Drag Lift ski area and a 10-minute walk to the beautiful Grundlsee lake, the house offers easy access to outdoor activities year-round. In winter, enjoy skiing, tobogganing, and snow sports, while summer invites hiking and cycling. On-site amenities include a village store, restaurant, sports equipment rentals, workshops, a swimming pond, tennis courts, yoga, archery, and more. Activities may incur additional fees, but all promise a memorable stay for both relaxation and adventure.
