Start your vacation now in the "Haus am See" accommodation.The house is suitable for up to four people and has 88 m² of living space on two floors. This is divided into a spacious living room with dining area, separate kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.In the open living-dining area there is a large dining table and a comfortable sofa on which you can enjoy a relaxing evening in front of the TV. The "Magenta TV" provides the right entertainment program. In cooler weather, a crackling fire in the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere.The fully equipped kitchen offers you a good selection, such as a filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a microwave as well as a dishwasher. So nothing stands in the way of the perfect cooking evening.The bedrooms are on the upper floor. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed (180x200cm), the other with two single beds (90x200cm) and both have flat-screen TVs.There are two bathrooms in the house for you. One of the bathrooms has a shower and an infrared sauna. The other is a full bath with a bathtub.The beautiful south-facing terrace invites you to linger with its comfortable garden furniture. A grill is available for a cozy dinner in the open air.You can store your brought or rented bicycles and a stroller in the lockable bicycle shed directly in front of the house.You have your own free parking space in front of the accommodation.Are you traveling with an electric car? No problem! A charging station will also be set up for you soon.If you want to spend your North Sea vacation with the whole family and friends, we can also offer you a symbiosis of 2 holiday apartments next to each other by managing several properties.Please note that the construction of the North Sea Resort is not finished and construction work is still taking place on the site, including near the holiday home. The outdoor area will not be completed until autumn 2023. The prices are calculated accordingly.
