Perlenhus: Cozy retreat on the North Sea
The holiday home "Perlenhus" is located on the edge of the resort and invites you to a relaxing North Sea holiday. The holiday home has two floors with approximately 88m² of living space. The living space is divided into a spacious living room with dining area, separate kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open living and dining area with large windows and access to the terrace has a beautiful dining area and a comfortable sofa from which you can relax and read a book while watching the children play or watch a film on the large flat screen TV. The fireplace in the living area offers cozy warmth on cold days or after a long walk on the North Sea. After long mudflat hikes or on stormy North Sea days, you can warm up again in the infrared sauna and unwind. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need for the next cooking evening. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Two bedrooms ensure a relaxed night's sleep, one of which is equipped with a box-spring double bed (180x200cm) and the other with two box-spring single beds (100x200cm each). The beautiful terrace invites you to relax and have a barbecue. Enjoy the fresh North Sea air here. If you want to spend your North Sea vacation with the whole family and friends, we can also offer you a symbiosis of 2 holiday apartments next to each other by managing several properties. You can store your brought or rented bicycles, as well as a stroller, in the lockable bicycle shed directly in front of the house. There is a free parking space in front of the house.
