Welcome to the Nilsson holiday apartment in Büsum! The holiday apartment for up to 4 people was completed in summer 2022 and is located in the beautiful North Sea resort, just a few minutes' walk from the "Perlebucht" family lagoon. As soon as you enter, the apartment impresses with its open, light-flooded living concept. The two bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box spring beds. One of them has a double box spring bed (180x200cm) and the other room has two single box spring beds (90x200cm). In both bedrooms there are pleated blinds with black-out options and insect protection in front of the window, a flat screen with Magenta TV, and a wardrobe with a mirror. The spacious bathroom impresses with an infrared sauna, walk-in shower and towel radiator, as well as storage space and a hairdryer. The cozy and modern living area offers a corner sofa with a transverse sleeper function for an additional guest (lying area 193x123 cm), 55 "flat screen TV with Magenta TV and a DAB radio. There you will also find a small selection of books and some board games. A fire in the fireplace provides additional coziness on cold days and invites you to a North Sea holiday at any time of year. The living area leads directly into the dining area with a solid wood table and 4 chairs. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for sociable cooking evenings. It has a filter coffee machine, a Senseo pad machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, hand mixer, baking and casserole dish, and a washing machine. Younger guests are also well taken care of: the apartment has a high chair, a toddler travel bed, toys and children's dishes. The entire apartment is barrier-free. From the dining area you go directly to the terrace, which has a Weber electric grill so that you don't have to worry about charcoal or gas bottles. On the south-facing terrace you will find a large garden table with 4 garden chairs, a stool and a parasol. You can also use the lawn. Only one small dog is allowed in the Nilsson apartment. There is a parking space outside the house. Bicycles you bring with you or rent on site can be stored in the lockable bicycle shed directly in front of the house. Here you can also charge the batteries for your e-bikes. A 26-inch ladies' bike with 7 gears is available to you free of charge as a "bread bike"!
